At Monarch, we are as committed to environmental responsibility as we are to redefining adaptive clothing. We put the same amount of research and consideration into choosing our materials and manufacturing process as we put into the design of each Monarch garment.
We looked for just the right fabric for the MonarchUNDER™ and we knew Lenzing TENCEL™ Modal was the best choice. It’s soft and naturally comfortable for our customers, and it is also manufactured in an environmentally-responsible process. It’s certified as compostable and biodegradable. This lines up with Monarch’s commitment to protecting the Earth.
On the Jackie MonarchOVER, we use buttons that are made of natural Corozo, a nut also known as vegetable ivory. It’s a completely renewable resource and it’s biodegradable, unlike plastic. By choosing Corozo buttons, Monarch is helping conserve the rainforest and local jobs.
